TOURIST TAX

The city of Campiglia Marittima has placed a tax for adult (>12 years) of:
0,50 Euro per night
This fee will be paid only in cash on the spot.

NOTE

PRICES: the prices as quoted apply to rent per week, and are inclusive of
water, electricity, gas.

PERIOD OF STAY: the period of stay begins and ends on a Saturday, barring
individual offers, or other periods agreed upon with Guests.

PAYMENT: on receipt of confirmation of the booking, the Guest pays to the
Azienda “LA RANOCCHIAIA” an amount equal to 30% of the total amount due for the
stay, as a deposit and as confirmation “CAPARRA”, by means of BANK TRANSFER.

Payment of the remaining amount, in cash, is due on arrival, at which point the
keys are handed over. Credit Cards are not accepted.

ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: guests may arrive between 16.00 and 20.00, and are to
depart by 10:00. Any other time must be agreed upon beforehand.

PROCEDURE ON ARRIVAL: on arrival, guests must produce their “rental voucher” at
Reception, as well as their passport or identity card, in order to register, as
required under law.

DEPOSIT: on receipt of the key, Guests must pay a deposit of 150 euros in cash.
This deposit will be returned on departure, minus any additional expenses for
any damage caused.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE-PETS: the number of people who stay in each apartment must not
exceed the number of beds indicated for each apartment. In the interests of
other Guests, in the high season, pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATIONS: If a booking is cancelled up to 30 days before arrival the
down-payment (30% of the total amount due for the stay) is non refundable. It
will be possible to keep the down-payment valid for a future stay, until the end
of the following year
