The ground floor flat is 180 sq. m. and can accommodate 5 guests. The main entrance to a large lounge has arches, columns and a fireplace; the kitchen is completely furnished (including a dishwasher) and gives directly onto the garden. In the night area there are two large bedrooms (one double and the other one has two single beds as well as a queen size bed), with a bath and shower.
